Needed a part quick, ordered and was given an eta of 5 days. 4 days passed when i was told that part was out of stock and back ordered. I cancelled the order and ordered it from a different vendor (now having to pay for expedited shipping). Took me 5 phone calls to get my money refunded. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service.

Sears Parts Direct - Can’t track my order
My order was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. After a week I reviewed order and stated it was on back order and no delivery date was provided. After two weeks I checked and it was still on back order. No delivery date was not available. Could not establish a live voice contact so I was able to complain to customer care through an email. The day I checked and the status was shipped but no tracking or delivery date still. I spent a lot of money and Im very upset.

This is my 3rd time trying to contacts parts service about sending me the wrong carburetor and no gaskets. Sears just kept sending me in this loop of no help unless I paid for the answers I need. I could not be more upset! Its an aftermarket part now because do not make them anymore.the part on the left is the right one. Picture of the box is wrong part

The tech came out told us what was wrong with the Refrigerator he ordered parts and we paid one of the parts was back ordered and didnt know when it would come in the other two came to my house we got tired of waiting and we went and bought a new refrigerator we need to send the parts back and cancel the one on back order so we can get our money back for the parts I text someone they said they would get someone to get in touch with me in 24 to 48 hours they havent got in touch with me yet I need someone to help me

Sears Parts Direct - Need RMA #
Terrible experience, after 10 days I was notified it was back ordered, no option worked to get item canceled. Next thing after 18 days the part arrives, I already repaired boiler and tried to make attempt at RMA to return/ refund and they could not figure out how to accomplish that but yet told me I would receive the RMA, I still have NO confidence they can accomplish the RMA, making me stuck with a useless part!!! Terrible Effort from a Formerly stellar named company!!!

Hello, This part was expected to deliver on Thursday, February 1st, yet on Friday, February 2nd it is still in process. I'm trying to get an answer as to when the part will actually ship, but there is no way to speak to a human through phone or chat. The chat bot said that the part would ship on February 1st. This is obviously not true... I am getting extremely frustrated, and impatient with the lack of answers or service. I expect a response promptly to my query. Thank you, Megan Stumpf

User's recommendation: It's very difficult to speak with a human, if there's an issue. Finally had a call that my part is back-ordered; despite the part showing as in stock, and my order as in process. Be careful.

Terrible Customer Service

I was shipped and billed for a part twice. It was caused by SearsPartsDirect. When I return the part I dont need, they just reship it. Checked my cc statement and I was double billed. The customer service people lie and tell me they will take care of it, but they just keep shipping another part and I dont get credit for the returned part.

Sears is without a doubt the worst company Ive ever tried to buy parts from. Even with a model number they ship the wrong parts. Nothing is ever in stock and they straight out lie to you about delivery dates. I honestly think they accept an order just to get your money to float their business with no intent to ever send the item. They need to be sued and shut down.

Received the item. Called Sears Parts Direct and questioned the $200 shipping charge for a 7lb item shipped from Texas to NY via UPS Ground. Customer service rep reversed charge and issued credit for 100% of shipping charges.

Ordered a freezer bin to replace one that shattered. Was told the part was $388 which was outrageous but I was stuck. I needed the drawer or had to replace the fridge. Got a confirmation and tracking and come to find out that the part was $158 but shipping via UPS ground from Alabama to NY was $200! Haven't received yet and I'm hoping it was an error on their billing part. It was ordered over phone and I'm wondering why the CS person didn't break it out -- i did express that i felt the part was very expensive.

Wrong Part Sent; Cannot Access My Account X 2

I ordered an electronic control board for our Sears Kenmore Refrigerator. Wrong control board was sent.

It was too big and could not be installed. Tried to access my Sears Parts Direct account online to process return, but I could not access my account. This is the second year in a row that I could not access my account. I had made a new account using a different email for the most recent order.

Called customer service number, but the automated system only referred me to the website for a return. I had to try several options before I finally was able to speak to a real person who processed the refund. I will wait to see if I receive my money back...not sure if that will happen. Waiting to see if they send the correct part on the second time around.

If not, I will order this part from a different website...and may get it for a lower price. UsUs

Please cancel my order is has been stuck in process for over a week. I can't get anyone on the phone and the website does not have a function to cancel, like your instructions say. Customer service is a joke there is no one on the other end of the line just a computer that sends text messages.

"I wish we would have read reviews prior to doing business with this company. We ordered an OEM glass stove top for a GE stove (Part #WB62X25973).

The cost of the part was $544.78. In less than 90 days of receiving this part my wife was boiling a pan of water of the stove top using a double boiler. when the water started to boil there was a loud snap and the glass top cracked. Prior to that the stove top burners had been used occasionally but definitely not overused or abused..

We contacted Sears Direct and were informed that they only warranty parts for 60 days and we were outside that period. I demanded a review since no extended warranty had been offered at purchase which seems reasonable for a part well over $500. I spoke with a supervisor who told me that someone would call us within 3 business days. No one did.

We called again and were advised that the request to replace this part had been denied but that they would credit our credit card for 10% of the purchase price. The credit was not advanced. We called again and were told that the 10% refund had been denied. We asked to speak to a supervisor but the person we were speaking with was resistant and kept coming back on the line saying someone would call us in an hour.

We insisted that we wanted to stay on hold to speak with her superior. She finally came back on the line and offered to replace the stove top which we declined because it is of no use to us now since we disposed of the stove because they initially refused to replace the stove top. She then offered the 10% refund. We now had the question as to why they couldn't refund the entire purchase cost if they could replace the stove top.

She said she wasn't authorized to do that. So again we asked to speak to her supervisor. She said someone would call in an hour.

we declined and said we would stay on hold. SHE HUNG UP ON US!"

Refund for Parts Returned

In November I had Sears come out to repair my oven. The technician had me pay for parts. $900 dollars. He never showed up for followup appointment. Another tech came and ordered other parts. None of any of the parts fixed the problem. The technicianthis is visit 3he took the parts and said I would receive a refund in 10 days. This was around dec 18th. Ive been calling over and over. First I was told that a refund was never requested. Then I was told it was finally arrived on Dec 28th. To this day I have not received my refund! This is ridiculous and I need my money ASAP!

My order was placed on December 18, 2023. Received a message that delivery would be estimated for December 22, as of January 17, the items have not been received. I called customer service. USELESS! Could not talk to anyone. All the system did was send me a text message with the same information. Went online to send a message. Simply showed error and told me not to attempt an inquiry again today. Disgusting service!
