I ordered a brush guard in june a few days later i received an email saying it was backordered 5 weeks later i canceled the order no refund issued yet ,i just ordered another brush guard in august which said it is in stock today i get an email my order is processed but the item is backordered again ,i think what is wrong is that sears is not paying there venders so we cannot receive our orders.

Wish I would've known about this review earlier. I'm going through the same thing right now.Tried to cancel my order but they won't let me. I ordered expediated delivery,it has been three days still not here. They can't find my order, talking with vendor, will let me know in 3 business days. What a bunch of ***. Find another seller!!!
