Parts & shipping

Well part would say in stock estimated delivery within 3day .which is not bad.place order later in the day I get confirmation of order now estimated delivery in 5month.be nice if they would of sent me email of the estimated delivery.they say one thing but turns out different no part .being told it had been shipped.so I told them reimbursed cancel orders &I get charge twice on one order so now hope I get reimbursed.i got my parts already. from another place. Reimbursed not too worry about reimbursed ther working on it and it's in ther policy .it has been 3 days haven't heard reimbursed has been file the amount I'm getting back.so will see

A BIG thank you in getting the backorder parts for me. It was 28193 strap that I ordered in November and arrived in December on it. I didn’t mind the waiting for there was nothing on the ground to do

This lawn sweeper was 6 years old. Was brought by my wife. Got the bottom started and stopped. Six years later and my wife died started to finish putting it together and at this time my wife had died in 2019. When almost gotten done putting together there was 1 piece missing. Tried the factory where the sweeper came - said it was discontinued. The other 2 businesses text one day they had it and the next day said they don't. But when contacted the Sears parts direct they went out their way to get my order filled even there was a month of back order. Glad this company makes the customer happy.

For the SECOND time I rec'd the WRONG parts from Sears Parts Direct and now they are telling me the part is no longer made. Which leads me to wonder why they sent me the first two orders!!

I ordered two different parts for my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, and twice I was sent the wrong parts. When I went to return the second order and replace it I was told they no longer made the parts I needed. Which begs me to wonder why they sent me anything the first time. Then I was told that I had to wait 24 -48 hours to receive a return label because they sent me two labels last week...which they would not have had to do if THEY sent me what I asked for and they said they had!I

I wanted to cancel the part and get a refund for it because the time was over 6 weeks to get the washer fixed and it was costing me over 40.00 a week to do laundry. Now I have a part they want returned but I have not been contacted about reimbursement and I get no call backs or any response to my numerous emails and phone messages

No showed my appointment and rescheduled without an explanation!

Sears set appointment 8-5 11/25/22. Then updated to arrive 2:09 same day then rescheduled without explanation to 12/9/22! Leaves me without washer functioning through Christmas season! Then I placed a call to sears and was assured I would hear back with 72 hours! Again a NO SHOW!

Stop sending me notifications I cancelled this order months ago!!

July 21st we ordered a freezer ice maker. It was on back order Two weeks later we called and CANCELLED the order because we found it in stock at a different place.

I called 8/17,8/28,9/14 and 9/20 but we still are getting e mails and texts saying its on back order.

We are sick of getting theses notices each time the sears representatives say they are taking care of it. It is CANCELLED!

This experience has been a bad one and we want someone to make sure we do not get theses bi weekly notices!
