Sears Parts Direct - Part not receive

Record shows that part has been delivered yesterday, but I did not see the package. I assume that usps delivered to the wrong address. My address is 56 W. Alvord St, Springfield, MA 01108. USPS might have delivered to 56 E. Alvord St instead. This is a common mistake. Please follow to retrieve the package. Thank you.

Sears Parts Direct - Really poor customer service

Can’t get update on order W659743 for lawn mower control cable part no. - 438392. Order placed 6/7/18. Fenton, MO store located in Gravois Bluffs doesn’t answer their phone & doesn’t call back when message is left. Can’t understand the people who they have answering Customer Service numbers. Managers/Supervisors are not available to talk to. Sears has some really serious Customer Service issues.

I ordered the part they said it takes two weeks to get it to weeks later I found out they never shipped it out asked my money back I’ve been waiting a month every time I call they tell me wait two more days still haven’t got my money back
