I ordered a brush guard in june a few days later i received an email saying it was backordered 5 weeks later i canceled the order no refund issued yet ,i just ordered another brush guard in august which said it is in stock today i get an email my order is processed but the item is backordered again ,i think what is wrong is that sears is not paying there venders so we cannot receive our orders.

1st part never came and then when they did send it it was the wrong part. Now after returning it they have no record. And the refund is delayed because they have not received it at their warehouse but online instructions return instructions says that it will be refunded after it is checked in at UPS.
