Sears Parts Direct - Defective ice maker replacement
Less than a year ago I purchased an ice maker from them.2 months later it started making only a few ice cubes at a time.
I contacted them via chat. The guy blamed the problem on my fridge and told me that since the ice maker was still somewhat working then he could not replace it. The ice maker stopped working completely and it's now been less than a year that I bought it. The warranty of this product was supposed to be one year but of course this was a lie.
It was only good for 3 months. It should have been replaced when I contacted them the first time. I wasted $140 for nothing. They are liars and as crooked as it can be.
Don't order from them.Stay away from Sears is my suggestion.
