I went in to order parts for my compressor and from the beginning staff was unpleasant and not helpful. I ordered my parts anyway, the associate on the reciept is aschrum...she stated that she would order my parts and it would take 5 to 7 days, this was on January 20th 2018...it is well past and have not received my parts or any explanation as of why...when my wife FINALLY got a hold of someone outside of the store itself because they NEVER answer their phone, and I mean never, they said the parts were on back order again with no explanation.

I am infuriated at the way I've been treated. How are these employees still employed at this location. It is run Busch league to say the least.

I just want my parts so I can use my compressor again. I patronize Sears a LOT and will not be coming back along with my family and friends once I spread the word if this is not fixed anytime soon
