Sears Parts Direct - In stock parts
Ordered "In Stock" part for our washer, order No. W412604, with expedited delivery.
Order was confirmed to deliver Tuesday April 24, 2018. On April 24 I called to find status of order and was told it was in process. I then asked when would it arrive. I was told it should ship within 24 or 48 hours.
On April 25, 2018 I called again. After telling Mitch, your chat agent, we need it by tomorrow. I was then told it was being shipped directly from warehouse. I was told the back end team would contact me to let me know the status and the difference in shipping cost would be refunded.
he would not commit to a delivery date. I again told him the urgency of order since we were going on vacation and did not want to go to a laundromat. The team never called. On Thursday April 26, 2018 I again called to find status of order "is in Process".
No delivery date was known. I then canceled order and asked for full refund. I was told it would be refunded in 3 to 4 days. I then told Sears agent "I need the refund NOW so I could place order elsewhere.
Agent hung up on me.
I have been a loyal Sears customer for 45 years. other incidents such as this have occurred.
This takes the cake!!!! I will NEVER do business with Sears again!!!
