Sears Parts Direct - Missing parts and wrong parts
I called several times and they just put you on hold forever, they will not let you speak with a supervisors. I think they only hire mental challenge people to work for them ,if that is the case then I'm ok with that. when you give them a model # and serial # they should be able to find the right part for you, I will never deal with them again, I just wish I could call someone and have that employee reprimanded, it give sears and craftman a bad reputation, well they lost me as a costumer if that keeps up they might loose more costumers, I have 3 craftman mowers where can I purchase parts for then even if I have to pay more
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Sears Parts Direct Cons: Very unhappy.
