I ordered the part 45 days ago and have not received anything. They state that part in on "back order" form the manufacturer however the part website consistently states that the part is in stock.

I contact their customer service and initially ask them on the availability of part 2AS1 and they reply that it is in stock with a price of $24. Then I ask them to check the status of my order, giving them the order number. They will tell me that the item is on back order from the manufacturer. I remind them immediately that they just told me the item was in stock.

Instantly caught in their lie. A horrible business practice leaving us knowing exactly why Sears has filed for bankruptcy. The customer service reps try to offer me coupons for future orders. Are they nuts?

They haven't completely this order but expect me to place another? Hahahaha.
