On Mar.7,2018 ordered two parts listed as “ in stock “ and expedited the order to be delivered on Mar. 12, 2018.

Parts were not delivered. Called customer service and was told my order was “ In process “ with no delivery date. Oh, the reason for the “ in process “ explaination was the order was coming from their supplier. Asked for to cancel order and get a refund.

Sears refuse to cancel my order and give me a refund. Bottom line, Sears as a company lies about almost everything they advertise. DO NOT ORDER anything from SEARS. Not an honest company or service.

This is an example of why Sears is down sizing or going out of business. Sears should study Amazon and how the conduct business.
