I ordered a refrigerator part, but they never shipped it. I contacted them numerous times for a refund, and they kept saying they would expedite the refund, but I never received it.
I thought it would be safe ordering from Sears, but at the time, I didn't know this vendor was no longer owned by Sears and had the rights to the name. I should have checked reviews before I ordered from them.

Sears Parts Direct hates customers-NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, READ ALL THE REVEIWS ON ALL PLATFORMS BEFORE ORDERING PARTS- OVER 10,000 bad reviews-They act and treat customers like Sears is a foreign scammer, They argue lies and change the facts and repeat it over and over, like a democrat, I ordered online and charged me the call in price because the pop up chat was started, I was triple charged aprox. to my card for parts that have not shipped and nobody will help me, they also over charged me by $60, Its the worst experience buying parts I have ever had, CANCELED ORDER CONTESTED WITH BANK, Parts in stock order #C086898 zip code 03055, Talked to the supervisor of the parts department, he was very rude asked me If I had a calculator? only to be proven wrong on the prices very poor customer support REPORT THEM TO FCC

I will never do business with this place ever again. I ordered a part for my washer over a month ago, they said it was on back order, which was fine, and I told them to cancel my order and reimburse me because I just ended up getting a new washer because I found out this part wouldn't be available till 2027 and discontinued, because it hadn't been working for a month, and I was waiting for the part.
In that time and still going on, this place will not cancel my order or give me my refund for the part that is still on back order. Every time I try to call on the phone I just keep getting a recording, so then I started to have chats with this place every other day and each person tells me a different story, one person tells me it's canceled, my refund would be done in 1 to 3 business days, those days came and went, so I chat with them again, then the next person tells me it isn't even canceled yet.
I was warned to not go with this company, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, BIG mistake!!! Each chat I get with someone is the same old scripted saying, we are so sorry, blah blah blah

I order a part on a Saturday morning. Then canceled the order the same afternoon.
I was told the order had already passed to the supplier and that I would receive a cancelation email in 1-3 business days. As of Thursday (business day #4) I have not received a confirmation email and their website still shows as Pending.
I call customer service again and they tell me the order cancelation is in the system and I should be getting a cancelation email in 1-3 day, which has already passed which I explained to them. They were of no further help and then tried selling me a refrigerator water filter.
If they end up shipping me this part I am going to pissed.

I ordered two parts that I was informed verbally were in stock. Later, I went online and purchased the two items.
On 16th May, I received a confirmation telling me my parts would arrive on 23rd May. However, when I hadn't seen the product yet, I called them on the 29th. I was informed by a representative that it was in processing. I never heard or received any feedback about my parts.
In no uncertain terms, I will never buy from this company again because they lie; they keep your money and make interest on your money. It seems as though you're getting deceived in the end.
I will wait until the 3rd of June and if I haven't heard from them, I will dispute the charges. I think, no, I know they're liars.

The worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life. They gave me a bogus delivery date.
When it passed, I called them and was told I would receive an update in three days. After another week passed, I called again, but the phone bot wouldn't give me the option to speak with an agent. I went to chat and was told it would be another three or four days. The next time I chatted, I told them to cancel the order.
They said I would receive an email update in three or four days. After the four days passed, I got on chat again and they promised my refund would hit the bank in three days. I bought the part from another company and did the repair. When I didn't get the refund in three days, I filed a dispute with my bank.
Four days later, the part shows up in my mailbox. I tried to get on chat to get a return authorization, and the agent disconnected the chat without speaking to me. So now, I can't even get on chat.
And I have a part I can't use or return. Just awful.

There is no interaction due to the fact that there's no one to talk to except a recording, and they've got that. So, it's telling me that they're going to send me a text or an email, but that never comes.
The order is still processing and I can't get a hold of any human being. I did get a hold of one human being and they tried to sell me health insurance.

Can’t track my order
My order was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. After a week I reviewed order and stated it was on back order and no delivery date was provided.
After two weeks I checked and it was still on back order. No delivery date was not available.
Could not establish a live voice contact so I was able to complain to customer care through an email. The day I checked and the status was shipped but no tracking or delivery date still.
I spent a lot of money and Im very upset.

Same is happening to me I ordered from them they said it was in stock and they lied !!!! I ordered in July and been requesting a refund for months and they keep saying they will refund and havnt done it yet!!!!
