Poor service, lengthy shipping time. Failure to send refund for returned item.

Took a long time to receive item after ordering it. Did not receive refund for some time after returning item I didn't need. Finally received a partial refund of $34.00. Sears withheld $10.75 from my total purchase of $44.75 for shipping back to them. The item weighed less than 6 ounces.

Need to replace a filter for a Homdox purifer purchase in 202

No one seems to locate a model number or a filter for a purifer that I purchased from them in 2020. I order a replacement filter from them and its not the right one. I dont understand whats the problem. The purifer dont have a model number neither do the filter. How can you sell a product to a consumer with replacement information? Thanks

Fast refund process.

I am trying to return a part that was not needed. When I enter the order number and zip code into the website it tells me that there is no match. When I called the customer service line the phone number given does not register with an order. There is no option to actually talk to someone. Please help me resolve this. part was ordered 5/13/2022. Invoice/order # is 3826****. Zip code is 37601.

Was corrected by my bank when they recognized a double charge for same amount when in minutes of the first transaction all is well now

Warranty racket

Repair was $400 for a $5.00 part, unless you buy warranty at $49.99 month, then charge is $248. This is not mentioned until payment is due. Beware

Need replacent water filter #9083 for my refrigerator

My replacement light turned orange which means that I didn't request replacement soon enough. I would to be on a list to be emailed a request to replace my filter every 6 months, if that is possible.I thought that I was already set up on this plan, but I guess I didn't fill out paperwork. [ I don't know why ya'll call this the pissedoffcustomer.com account ]. I have always been satisfied with the way that my orders have been processed. Freddy ODaniel
