Sears Parts Direct - Scam call center
Trying to look up parts for Sear snowblower on the website, part not listed, was directed to call. 1st time I called the bot asked me if I liked vacations/cruises, then directed me to an offshore call center to claim my prize. Thought maybe I dialed the wrong number, dial again and there is a walmart gift card offer, when I connect with an agent, he keeps talking about the "free" walmart gift card. I know the company is in decline and not the titan of retail it once was, but did it have to sink to this level??

Sears Parts Direct - Sears DEBITED MY ACCOUNT IN June STILL NOTHING
ordered PARTS FOR AN AIR COMPRESSOR AND sears TOOK MONEY THEN BACK ORDERED 2 OF 6 PARTS SENT 4 THAT ARE USELESS WITHOUT 2 BACK ORDERED PARTS AND CONTINUE TO SEND UPDATE EMAIL THAT SAYS THEY WILL CONTACT ME WHEN A REAL UPDATE IS READY. Finally called after 6 months and was told I'd receive a refund and still nothing so "MY" advice if they have it on a shelf and hand it to you "THEN" pay them!!!!

Sears Parts Direct - I have never recieved my credit for a part that I returned. On Sept. 24 I placed an order #129002 and returned it on Oct. 1. They recived the return on 10/09/18 and i still have not got a credit.

Sears Parts Direct - The shaft...
Ordered blower motor, wheel and capacitor for Goodman furnace. Received motor and blower wheel, no capacitor. Wheel was wrong size. 10x8 is what I received. 10x10 is what my model takes. According to sears direct my model takes a 10x6 (in which the size wasn't shown on their site). So.... 10x6 are the specs for the fan on their site under that model #. 10x8 is what I received, 10x10 Is what my furnace calls for. Wrong size under their inventory, wrong size shipped with the same part number sticker on it. Most likely a huge wait for a credit back to the charge card..... Oh yeah, December 20th, still no working heat. If you own a business, home or just about anything you need parts for, don't use sears parts direct. Maybe a culminated lawsuit should be filed.
Sears Parts Direct - Lousy customer service
Lousy, lousy, lousy customer service. Their order department is stocked to the gills with incompetent sales people but the people who should be addressing customer complaints are all out to lunch all the time. I was lied to and rather than address my issue they simply disconnected me. Its no wonder sears is going out of business!
Sears Parts Direct - Refund Denial!
I returned a defective/unsafe part (microwave door with controls behind glass) and today I received a email stating the return was denied because it was not resell able. This is a defective part that has been turning on the microwave with out any commands to turn on being given. This part would turn the microwave on in the middle of the night or anytime of day. This is a defective and unsafe part. I would like this denial revalued and reversed.
