spent hours on Chat with Damien from Sears Parts Direct. Paid over 800 bucks for 5 parts. They then told me that their intsall team could install tuesday and it would cost 75-150 dollars. low and behold they trasnfer me over and everything i was promised was wrong....

I was not told there was a $17.99 charge for 7-day standard shipping. Wouldnt waive any part of shipping handling although I purchased over $169 worth of product. They sent me off to "customer definitely dont care" dept. No reply on 3 separate calls, just got non-USA workers who did not speak clearly and couldnt/wouldnt help. Will never buy here again.
