On 7-14-2018 I ordered a fairly common part, I spoke to a live agent who helpd me find the exact part that I needed... Promised me a delivery date of 7-30-18...

I have yet to receive my product.

8-8-18! I have called numerous times and let them know that I want to cancel my order due to the delay. 1 agent told me that my order is on backorder and then it could be weeks until I receive it. Another said that my money will be refunded in 1 to 2 business days.

Another agent said that they don't do that that I'll have to wait for my product and then ship it back and return it in order for me to get a refund...!!! I'll take my $60 and do business with somebody else. I informed them that if they do not refund my money per my second request that I would contact Consumer Affairs in the Better Business Bureau...

but to no avail my money has not been refunded and I still don't have a freezer drawer. Here are a few pictures..
