Ordered refrig door. Credit card billed next day.
25 days later, no door and no updated order status. Called and was told "it has been escalated to processing depaetment. Please wait 2-3 days and they'll email you the tracking number. Called 4 days later.
"Part was discontinued by vendor. Will expedite new door from manufacturer. You will receive it in 5-10 days. Aftet 14 days, i called again and "escalated to processing dept.....wait 2-3 days for update".
Told them I wanted to cancel it and be refunded. They said, "we can't do that because it has gone to another department"
