Ordered refrig door.Credit card billed next day.
25 days later, no door and no updated order status. Called and was told "it has been escalated to processing depaetment. Please wait 2-3 days and they'll email you the tracking number. Called 4 days later.
"Part was discontinued by vendor. Will expedite new door from manufacturer. You will receive it in 5-10 days. Aftet 14 days, i called again and "escalated to processing dept.....wait 2-3 days for update".
Told them I wanted to cancel it and be refunded.They said, "we can't do that because it has gone to another department"
