Tryed two times to order parts for craftsman mower(my fault) .Both times you would have thought I was in a goat roping contest. But wait, After telling the phone person to cancel the order, I was charged over 500.00 for parts I did not order, but wait, then I was told that my credit card was bad, but wait, the person who took my call ask for my credit card no.

Again, but wait,when I ask to speak to a supervisor, thats when the real goat roping started. I have delt with Sears for over 40 years and am SAD that they have come to this.

SUGGESTION: TEACH Workers how to do their jobs or close your store!!! ohhhhhh They are closing stores SAD
