Sears online order failed so I did it again. Again online order said failed.

When I checked my bank sears were taking out $1300 Not bad to say they failed. Sears says i need to wait and see if the money goes out then open a dispute. Oh brilliant now my account $1300 down. Yet sears say they have not taken the money.

So if Sears have not taken it then why is it showing that it is pending. If a online sale fails, then the outfit should not be allowed to call for the money.

In my book, failed MEANS failed. Not Failed transaction but we will try take your money anyway !!!!
