I tried to order a microwave bracket on March 17th it gave me the option for expedited shipping to have it by Tuesday the 20th. When I called on the 21st they said not their problem it wouldn't ship until Monday because NOONE ships on the weekend. I expressed Amazon does, they chose the date for me to receive my item I didn't. They refunded part of my shipping, but here it is March 26th and still no product. The answer I got today was I'm not sure we may have an answer for you in 72 hours.

I have canceled my ordered to get it somewhere else.

I believe that this is exactly the kind of terrible customer service that has caused Sears to have so many problems with customer service and is why they are closing all over the country.

I won't be going back to purchase anything else.
